While we do have a lot of customers from the Norwalk area, many come from surrounding communities - Milan, Monroeville, New London, Huron, Berlin Heights, Bellevue, Clyde, Shelby, Wakeman, Collins, Oberlin, Wellington, Vermilion, etc. and even a few from Columbus. We are thrilled that they feel we are worth the drive!

The other day, after a repair on one of my vehicles, I was speaking with Jim about the fact that we had been friends since 1976. We first met when I was a mechanic and then the Assistant Service Manager for Foster Chevrolet, in Sandusky, Ohio. Since, we have shared a friendship and a business relationship for over thirty years.
Since 1989 Jim (and his company) have been the sole source for the “external” repairs to my vehicles. As you know, I have an extensive background in automotive technologies and engineering and I just don’t let anyone perform work on my vehicles. My expectation for excellence in automotive service is extremely high. Basically, I want the same quality from you that I would expect performing my own repairs. I have never been disappointed.
Following my “early” years in automotive work, my educational and business achievements have led me to become an Engineer and Manager for numerous manufacturers in and around Huron County. My time is precious, so what I used to perform in my own garage is now delegated to Norwalk Tire and Alignment. I am pleased to see that your business is run with an extremely high level of honesty and integrity. Your service is excellent and you stand by your work. It’s more than a business for you, it’s more of a life commitment to your customers and your employees.
Since taking a position at Janesville Acoustics, I was pleased to refer all small vehicle maintenance to Norwalk Tire and Alignment. They have been extremely impressed with the level of service and commitment for you. I also can’t count the number of friends, business associates, and acquaintances that I have referred to Norwalk Tire and Alignment. None have been disappointed and many remain loyal customers to your shop.
Your staff is efficient and experienced. Jim has acted as an excellent mentor for new mechanics coming-up in the ranks, helping them understand the high-tech field where they ply their trade. I have come to realize that employees who do not share your demand for excellence do not last long. While all your employees are treated fairly, the culture of your shop places pressure on your crew to perform at or above the level of excellence your customers have grown to expect. Each employee is “tuned-in” to give their best and to be aware of safety issues that could cause equipment failure or an accident if repairs are not made. Simply put, those that don’t care, don’t last.
I am very pleased to know you and your family. I am especially pleased to have you as my source for automotive services. Thanks for all you do and way you do it.

To Whom It May Concern,
I am writing in reference to Jim and Vicki Williams and Willams Norwalk Tire and Alignment. I have known the Willams’ for many years and have several of my family vehicles serviced by them. At all times, I have known them to be honest, fair, and hard-working, All work done on my vehicles have been backed up by them
Willams Norwalk Tire and Alignment are very generous with the community. I have worked on several committees where we needed to get donations from the area business and they have always been very willing, generous donors. Not only do they donate, but they also lend a helping hand whenever possible. They are very active volunteers in the community and in the schools. I am a teacher in the community and have been very fortunate to have reaped the benefits of their generosity.

To Whom It May Concern:
This letter is in regard to Williams Norwalk Tire & Alignment. I have never been so impressed with an auto shop. The service was friendly, the mechanics were professional, and the quality of work was excellent. My first experience with Williams NTA came after I had my Nissan Xterra in for service at an area Nissan dealership. The problems we had with the car did not seem to go away after we got the car back. I took my vehicle to Williams for an oil change and asked them to look it because it still was squealing around corners. They immediately found that the original problem had not been remedied. Since I had the car in to the Nissan dealership only a few weeks prior, the mechanics at Williams were willing to call Nissan and explain the problem and they worked with me in explaining what “went wrong”. I was very impressed. Not any mechanic would have done this for a customer.
I will continue to take my car to Williams NTA because they are a business I feel I can trust and that won’t take advantage of the customer. They have a loyal customer in me!

I have known Jim and Vickie Williams for many years. We first became acquainted when our kids went to school together. Since then I have served with them in a community organization for youth baseball.
I have been taking my cars to Williams Norwalk Tire & Alignment for a long time. The service I have received has always been more than satisfactory. Calls are returned, questions are answered and repairs have been done quickly.
Most recently, I dropped my car off because it was making horrible noises in the area of the front wheels. The brakes were, obviously, bad. I didn’t have an appointment, but the car was worked into the schedule. It was done the same day.
I am very happy with the service I have received there. It is a great business. I can trust the work will be done well and if there is a problem, it will be satisfactorily handled. In addition, both Jim and Vickie are great people who have given time and talent to the community.
I am happy to write this letter of support.

I have been a customer of Jim and Vicki’s for over 6 years. It was by chance that I first entered their shop. My car was acting up and since their place was near where I lived, I stopped in to see if they would look at it. Jim said he would take it for a ride with me and see what the problem was. He explained what was wrong and gave me a fair estimate on the cost to do the repairs. I was so impressed that he treated me – a woman – with respect that I had him do the work. Since then, he has maintained my car as well as those of my sons. I have told many people about their service and have never heard anything but good reports about their business.
When I hear the word ethics, I believe that it stands for honesty, fairness and truthfulness. I know that this is how Jim and Vicki run their business and treat their customers. Their work is top quality. Their prices are fair. They do the work in a timely manner and treat their customers with respect and friendliness.
A few years after I started going to the shop, I found out that Jim is really involved with the local youth base ball league. He is a coach and gives a lot of his time to helping the youngsters in our town. The boys really like him and he has donated many hours to this program.
